Bake the potatoes. Cut in half lengthwise and scoop out the inside leaving the skin and about 1/2 inch thickness of potato. Combine cream cheese, butter, and Smokehouse Bacon and Cheddar Mix. Mix until smooth and add potato. Mix together and then spoon into potato skins. Sprinkle with Topping. Place in baking dish and bake at 400 degrees until warm and mixture begins to brown.
