Q. What is the power source?
A. Standard 110V electrical supply which connects to a 24 volt adaptor.

Q. Are they UL approved?
A. Yes, both UL and cUL approved.

Q. Where are they manufactured?
A. They are made in China.

Q. What type of bulbs are they and how long will they last?
A. The bulbs are incandescent and are rated for 8,000 hours. (Over 3 years of normal home use at 6 hours per day.)

Q. Are they easy to work with?
A. All units are easily integrated into any existing decor.

Q. How tall are the stems?
A. The 60 light units have 1 stem and are 19" tall. The 96 light units have 3 stems and are 39" tall.

Q. Are they rated for outdoor use?
A. No, they are made for indoor use only, however they can be used outdoors in a covered environment.

Q. Are the bulbs replaceable?
A. This product is completly hand-made and the bulbs must be individually soldered. Should an individual light go out, all other lights will remain illuminated.

Q. Is the product size and stem configuration the same as the electric?
A. The 20" 60 light unit is the same configuration (lights on one stem), while the 40" 60 light is divided into 2 stems.
