The best of two worlds! Bacon and Mushrooms in one fantastic cheeseball! Use as a party or family snack, or as a baked potato topper. Just imagine a dollop of Bacon and Mushroom Cheeseball mix served with that steak just off the grill.
DIRECTIONS Combine Cheeseball Mix with 8 oz. cream cheese. Wipe mushrooms clean and remove stems. Place 1 tablespoon cream cheese mixture into mushroom cap (if using Portabella's, divide mixture evening amongst the 4 caps) and sprinkle with bread crumb topping. Place into lightly greased glass baking dish and bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes. Serve warm.
